Hi everyone, my name is Joao Alves and I am from Portugal!

My first goal is to be heard and I would like to invite you into my world through Youtube, Instagram, Facebook and my Website where you can find my own original compositions, two romantic musical comedies I wrote and produced in the last two years, some classical singing (including Ennio Moriconne - Cinema Paradiso - Nessun Dorma) and in complete contrast some Elvis Rock and Roll! There will also be some jazz and comic acting parts to be posted in the near future on the pages below.

Music has always been my passion and as opportunities to participate in shows and concerts were coming up, my enthusiasm for music grew and today I feel, for sure, that this is the path I want for my life.

I know the path ahead will be long but I know if I get an opportunity to work with you that I would make the effort for what is yet to come because my goal as a musician is to develop my skills as much as possible so that I can offer to the audience the best I can give.

Some of the important experiences I had were at the summer courses at Guildhall School of Music and Drama (2011) and at Guildford School (2012). On 2014, I attended the Music and Popular Music Undergraduate Course at Wolverhampton University till 2016 and I produced my own shows (in 2015 & 2016) which took place at the Baltazar Dias Grand Theatre in Funchal.
