A young emcee from out of the Bronx, New York. With a old school style in flow and lyricism, with a sense of what it takes to talk to the new school, JSB provides a taste of every style in hip-hop that you can name.
Started with poetry from a young age, towards the 7th grade, JSB started to grow a deep interest in Hip-Hop after hearing the track, "Gold Watch" by his favorite artist, Lupe Fiasco. Since then, JSB has picked up various styles from listening to and studying such artist as 50 Cent, Jay-Z, MF Doom, Q-Tip, and more recent artist such as Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Earl Sweatshirt, and Joey Bada$$.
JSB's lyrics have a Old School style, but also bring together hardcore and gangsta with a smooth balance. Most subject matter revolving around society, discussing the progress as well as the downfalls, personal endeavors from relationships to household issues, positive motivating songs as well as sad but thought inspiring songs, JSB always provides substance in his lyrics.
